With two birthdays and Mother's Day I feel like I blinked and March was over!
Blogging was slow and sewing even slower!
But, one finished quilt,
spelling the name MAY in fabric, a boxy pouch and a few blocks called fred
I'm fairly pleased. Heres to April being a more productive month.
I'm off to count up the finishes from my Q1 list of the FAL, I hope it won't be too much of a FAIL!

Very nice finishes! I do like the economy block quilt. Might need to try it myself sometime.
ReplyDeleteI know I've said it before, but I do think your economy block quilt is particularly beautiful:-)
ReplyDeleteWow that is a stunning quilt! Well done :)
ReplyDeleteif I had finished a quilt like that this month I would be super happy :-)
ReplyDeleteA big quilt is always a very satisfying finish! X
ReplyDeleteLovely Economy block quilt--so bright and scrappy...hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness what a wonderful Economy block quilt!! Did you do all of that in March??!! I have been making bee blocks and cushions using economy blocks and a quilt for my son with 4 in the centre (medallion style) I love them so much. But not enough time for a whole quilt. Wow you must be thrilled with yours, I hope it's going to a good home.
ReplyDeleteDunno who knicked it, but I wish the bastard would bring it back! You know my favourite blocks are the Freds :oD
ReplyDeleteThe economy block is just gorgeous. And Fred is the perfect name! Am hoping April goes a bit slower, got so much I want to get done and fear with the kids on holiday I'm going to have to spend a lot of my evenings sewing!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely month you had!
