February Makes.

February was a bit of a tricky month around here. It's too short, cold and well thank goodness it is over, I can almost smell spring!
But I did get three things ticked off the list, just.
I would like to hide for March, but that is the major birthday month around this house, so I need to man-up!! And I do have another finish to share just need the man of the house to help me get some photos.
Next month I need to get a baby quilt done as a friend has just had a little girl, (miles away from me but she still needs a quilt!!) and I would like to crack open a pattern I bought in......... can't remember, but a sale at The Village Haberdashery.....so I might make a quick trip to Walthamstow Market for some fabric for a muslin!! I know any excuse to buy more fabric!!
I'm linking up with the lovely Lynne's

  6. HELLOOOO I am here via Lynne's blog and I have some girlish churn dash blocks for you! They were lovely and quick and exactly what I needed for a pretty little break from big projects, so thank you very much for that! Can you message me your address please?

  7. And also, how rude of me: what fabulous February finishes, especially the detail in that dress. I have an Emery dress not even cut out, I'm ashamed to say, and a half-finished shawl that I started last winter... you're putting me to shame. :D

  8. I'm also here via Lynne's blog and will happily switch colours for a more feminine quilt. Can you please send me your address. Love the finishes. Particularly the shawl. Never had the patience or skill for hand work like that.
